1. Contract
1.1 A contract is made by fully paying the convention fee and upon receipt of a convention confirmation through Fed-Con GmbH.
1.2 The organizer has the right to refuse registrations without any reasons. After receipt of the convention confirmation the organizer can refuse the admittance when he is aware of any violations of this common business terms.
1.3 The owner of a ticket can sell his ticket only to third persons up to 30 days in advance of the convention start date. The new owner has to be reported to the organizer and a transaction fee of 20 Euro has to be paid in the account of the organizer. If the owner of a ticket is selling his ticket, he only can sell the ticket with all additional made options (hotel reservation, meal package).
Hotel reservations can be cancelled up to 16 weeks prior to the convention start date.
1.4 If the organizer cancels the convention, he will refund the convention fee, the hotel costs and the meal package.
2. Convention
2.1 The organizers have the right to change the place of the convention inside Germany.
2.2 The Organizers are allowed to change the order of events.
2.3 The organizers do not guarantee the appearance of any specific guest stars. Upon cancellation of any guest star, a replacement is sought for, if possible.
3. Security
3.1 Instructions from security staff must be obeyed.
3.2 Weapons and other dangerous items are prohibited at the convention.
3.3 Advertising and promotion of political and religious organisations is prohibited.
3.4 The Security staff is authorized to check bags during the convention.
3.5 The Organizers are free to remove persons from the convention, if their behaviour endangers other attendees, if they are disturbing the order of events, or if their behaviour is unacceptable. In this case the convention fee refund is canceled. This is also valid in case the hotel staff is removing the person!!
4. Liability
4.1 The Organizers are only responsible for gross negligence and intent.
4.2 The initiator is responsible for the damage of property and persons.
4.3 The Organizers will not take responsibility for any children under 18 or disabled persons.
4.4 The Organizers are not responsible for the employees of the hotel.
5. Audiovisual Recording
5.1 Definition of audiovisual recording is: photographs, video- and filmrecordings, tape-recordings, taking notes (e.g. interviews)
5.2 The Organizers have the right to refuse audiovisual recording in parts of the event.
5.3 Publishing of audiovisual recording in noncommercial media is only allowed with a written approval of the organizers.
5.4 Use of audiovisual recording for commercial use is strictly forbidden.
6. Otherwise
6.1 The invalidity of single agreements in these business terms will not invalidate all common business terms. Invalid agreements may become valid - with the understanding of both parties.
6.2 All agreements outside these common business terms need to be submitted in written form.
